DeVallon Bolles

REALTOR®

Devallon was born in a home his parents had just recently moved into as first time home buyers. He’s lived at a lot of addresses so far, the past thirty years in the Boston area. He’s lived in plenty of different kinds of homes: single-family, apartments, barracks & dormitories, a nice little one-room space made of used ammo cases full of sand, and sand bags full of concrete. He’s lived or traveled on four continents. He’s been to all 50 states, 49 of them at least twice. Wherever you're from, he's likely been there. He served a year in the Army in Vietnam, as an Armored Cavalry NCO and was awarded some decorations, including a Bronze Star. Working in the Cavalry was a constant process of solving the array of problems that arose daily. Before that, at Northwestern University School of Speech (now Communications), he earned a BS degree. Later, after the Army, and after working in marketing in Los Angeles, he went to graduate school at the University of Wisconsin and earned an MA and a PhD studying American Military History. After some time in the consulting business, writing, lecturing and giving advice, he got into real estate sales. He loves working with people, guiding them through the process, and solving problems. Again he heard that cry, “The cavalry’s coming!” He is recognized by the National Association of Realtors® for his commitment to excellence (C2EX); He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CSE), and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), among other designations. He’s been at this for over 30 years. EXPERIENCE + EXPERTISE = RESULTS
