David Dalton

David has been assisting Buyers and Sellers through the real estate process in the Greater Boston area for more than 14 years. In 2014 he began an affiliation with Homes for Heroes®, whereby a qualified hero receives a discounted professional fee when working with him on their real estate transaction. Prior to joining Leading Edge, David spent more than 25 years as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for several professional services companies in the Boston area. Most recently, he operated his own consulting business offering interim and contract CFO services to a number of local companies. His professional financial experience and general business knowledge serve his clients well as they navigate the many changes in today’s real estate market. David believes his knowledge, experience and professionalism assures that his clients receive the utmost attention and service as they embark on one of their greatest financial endeavors, the purchase or sale of a home. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
