Adam Shulman

Adam has been passionately selling residential real estate in the Boston area for over 6 years. Upon transitioning from his first career in social work, he found his  true calling in real estate. He utilizes a client-focused approach, enthusiastically relishing every opportunity to help buyers, sellers, and investors alike. He joined Leading Edge in 2024 after becoming a Top 50 agent in his previous company statewide in 2023. He appreciates that the real estate process is more than just a transaction - it is a series of important and often emotional decisions. As such, he strives to be respectful of individual differences and preferences. He delivers consistently positive results by clearly and efficiently communicating with agents, lawyers, lenders, landlords, and anyone else who may be involved in a client’s next chapter of life. He grew up in Newton and went to school at Bates College in Maine. In his spare time, he enjoys live music, comedy shows, skiing, and playing with his beloved cat Oliver.
