Virginia Todd
REALTOR®
Virginia became committed to providing the best experience in real estate following a nightmare experience buying her first home! She would have benefited from having an agent that explained the process to her, kept her on track throughout the process, negotiated on her behalf and walked her off the cliff when needed. Subsequently she learned all that she could about the entire buying/selling process, and continues to learn as this is an ever evolving field and making that as stress free as possible for her clients. Her strong values, work ethic, sense of humor and accessibility allow her to focus on her clients needs, understanding that, for most people, this is a huge financial and emotional decision. When Virginia is not working, her other "job" is driving her daughters to their activities. If she ever had the time, she would be traveling and/or reading a book. She loves reading so much, she joined "Read to a Child", a non profit that matches up mentors with children that could use the one on one interaction while reading a great book. The program is in 17 schools in the greater Boston area, She runs the program at the Harvard-Kent in Charlestown. In fact, she loves the program so much that she donates a part of each sale to them. During Covid her kitty passed away after 17 years and the family decided to try being Dog owners. They adopted Max and as she likes to say he is now her favorite, since her teenagers no explanation needed. Virginia is also on the board of directors for Housing Families and North Suffolk Community Services as she feels strongly in giving back to her community. Virginia looks forward to getting to know a little about you and your family and help with your home search.
