Sharon Coskren

Real Estate is a serious business but it should be fun as well, but Sharon believes you should be able to accomplish both. She has been a Realtor since 2003 and absolutely LOVES her job because she gets to meet new people and help them realize their dreams. Whether buying or selling a home, she enjoys working with people to assist them in understanding the process and getting to the next step in their lives. She lived in Florida for 5 years after graduating from college where she worked in the securities industry in Palm Beach. When she returned to her hometown of North Andover, she worked in that same industry in Boston. Once she had children, she put them through the public school system which gave her a better understanding of the community and of the surrounding towns. She became tired of commuting into the city and decided she wanted to try something different. She pursued her real estate career and really enjoyed the flexibility it allowed so that she could attend all of her kids school and sporting events. Now that her children are grown and they have joined her team, she enjoys being able to dedicate time to both buyers and sellers while spending time with them. She believes the best part of her job is all of the new friends that she has made over the years and all of the towns that she has visited. She has been licensed in Florida since 2004 and additionally has her license in New Hampshire so she can help clients there. When she’s not working, you'll find her golfing, hiking, working out at the gym, reading a good book or traveling with her family.
