Kim Clark

Kim Clark joined "Leading Edge" in January 2024, after starting her real estate career 7 years ago in the commercial world from Newton to Boston. She’s worked in many sectors of CRE for both local and international clients in retail, medical, fitness, office, automotive and restaurants while her major focus is helping her investor clients purchase apartment buildings and brownstones.  Her previous career spanned over 20 years in Television Sales and Marketing which gave her the unique experience of being on both sides of the desk in negotiations. Then she went across the table to TV and Digital sales for various companies like NBC and sold national sponsorships in the Olympics, NFL, MLB and the Super Bowl. She was a Floor Supervisor on both the COMEX and Mercantile Exchanges for various commodities (Gold, Silver, Platinum) at what was Building 4 of the World Trade Center in New York City. Her keys to success are honesty, integrity, excellent negotiation skills and the capacity to deliver exceptional service and lifelong friendships with all her clients. She strives to always do her best and exceed clients expectations every step of the way. Kim has been the Commercial Agent in the BNI Platinum networking group on Boylston St(Boston), sat on the School Board Council at Jackson Mann School and Community Center (Allston/Brighton)  and she loves to help the homeless and seek ways to be part of the Back Bay Neighborhood Assoc.  She resides in Back Bay with her boyfriend and dog, and can often be found biking, touring the city to observe the art, music and beautiful architecture of Boston."
