Raised in a 'real estate family', Kate graduated from the University of Rhode Island. After a 14-year career in Sales and Marketing at John Hancock, she launched into real estate sales. With extensive knowledge of the local market, she is dedicated to tenaciously protecting her client's best interest and providing first class service. Known for understanding market trends, Kate prides herself on helping buyers make the right purchasing decision. As a fierce negotiator, combined with a talent for home staging and market preparation, she is able to help her seller clients show off their property to ensure the highest return on their largest investment – their home. When not renovating their 150 year old home or cheering on her beloved Boston sports teams, this mom can often be found day tripping throughout New England with her husband, daughter and dog, Bruschi (yes named after Teddy Bruschi).
