Beth Farrenkopf

Beth is a seasoned professional in the world of new construction. Having worked 25+ years in branding new builds, single family homes, and over 55 age townhomes and condominium buildings. Her passion is watching a new build from the ground up guiding buyers along the way. One year ago, Beth took the opportunity to join Leading Edge Real Estate and learn from some of the brightest minds in the real estate field. Our continued access to understanding the workings of MA real estate as well as the country has provided her tools to assist both buyers and sellers at a higher level. She feels privileged to be part of the Leading Edge Team. She has three adult children all married with one exceptional grandson (Theo – 14 months old) and another grandchild on the way. She enjoys spending time with my family and my dog Gracie. Beth enjoy traveling, walking, swimming, baking, and participating in two book clubs.
