Founded RE/MAX leading Edge in 2001, Paul has been recognized as one of the most accomplished Broker/Owners in the region. Paul brings zen-like clarity to the industry whìle growing his company into a powerhouse MLS status in Massachusetts. He knows that providing a unique work environment for his agents guarantees their success. He pushes for improved standards and practices on a regional and national level. Paul is consistently asked to present his thinking at national conferences. Bestowed the distinguished Broker/Owner of the year for 2012 by RE/MAX of New England. Paul has been instrumental in advancing the RE/MAX luxury property division through “The RE/MAX Collection” and serves on the RE/MAX International Collection Advisory Board. He is recognized as creating the first RE/MAX Collection branded office in the entire RE/MAX global business operations, ensuring growth and profitability.

Linda assumes leadership for the same core disciplines at RE/MAX Leading Edge that drove RE/MAX Heritage to the top of its market in less than 5 years – marketing and training. To achieve superior client results, Linda innovates training and systems that blend Madison Avenue, Silicon Valley, and Main Street – employing marketing savvy technology proficiency and information management for client-centric real estate solutions. Her training “boot camps” fill to capacity, and the processes she has defined and copyrighted are acknowledged as trend-setting in the industry. With the leadership team and the continuing cooperation of her agents, Linda intends to drive RE/MAX Leading Edge as a regional and national player with cutting-edge training that outsmarts the competition and turns clients into raving fans. Steve has spent his entire career, over 30 years, in real estate. As a Broker/Owner and past president of EMAR, he is a master of real estate Protocol with a solutions approach to resolving agent challenges and maximizing client opportunities. Steve, a pioneer in the industry, took a chance on RE/MAX in its very early days, well before it was the largest, most recognizable real estate brand – making Steve one of the key reasons RE/MAX has evolved to its current status. Steve, along with his business partners, Eileen and Linda, received the prestigious Broker/Owner of the Year award from RE/MAX of New England in 2009. He provides a welcomed balance in a work environment; his personality exudes confidence and his sense of humor eases tensions, builds bridges and expands relationships.
Co-founder of RE/MAX Heritage in 1995. Eileen makes genuine and critical differences in the lives of our agents and clients through expert application of the many disciplines required from listing through closing, but most especially arbitration. Eileen genuinely conveys kindness and grace, and is one of the most pleasant and accommodating professionals. Count on Eileen to lend a friendly ear and dispense excellent advice. In 2011, Eiieen and her business partners were awarded Boston Business Journals, “Best Places to Work in Boston” award as a result of the culture they created. As a life-long learner and expert in the real estate industry, Eileen guidance is wise and thoughtful. She oversees all the agent services the company offers to its associates. She directs the virtual assistant program which many agents depend upon to manage their personal marketing plans. Additionally, Mary manages the company training program which includes the Brian Buffini Peak Performance Program, the Best Practices Series, our Brown Bag and Tech Series as well as other various workshops throughout the year.
Mary Ann’s brought skills honed as a sales agent, a national trainer and business consultant to her position at RE/MAX Leading Edge. Her experience with two national real estate networks has given her a comprehensive understanding of the rapid changes within the real estate industry today. With over 35 years experience and several professional designations and production awards, she plans events that help keep the professional sales team current. Networking events are also facilitated by Mary Ann and she directs agent and company PR initiatives both in print and online.
Andi is our transaction coordinator. She manages all aspects of the transactions for the company. Having started with the company four years ago, she originally worked on the team as the Winchester Customer Care Representative. Her duties include all aspects of transaction management. Our professionals count on her expedient management in this department and are never disappointed.
Grace has been with the company 2 1/2 years. Early on her attention to detail and extraordinary organizational skills made her a perfect fit for the finance position she currently holds. Grace started with the company as a customer care representative and in that job she earned the respect of our associates as an efficient problem solver.

Amanda’s graphic arts background makes her an essential part of the associates’ marketing plans. Amanda has a creative and innovative approach to marketing. Additionally, she is the client service representative in the Arlington office. We depend on her to keep our print marketing materials standouts in the industry. She has contributed significantly to the growth of the Arlington office and has had a hand in much of the design of the company’s marketing materials.
Customer Care Representative for the company’s largest office in Winchester Amanda is the Customer Care Representative of the company’s largest office in the company, the Winchester office. She has also been named the company’s Director of Social Media. She is a cum laude graduate of Salem State University with a Bachelor’s degree in communications. This degree has made her the “go to” person as agents look to improve their online presence.
Caitlin Gurda is the Customer Care Representative in our Newton office. Her remarkable organizational and management skills are instrumental in creating an environment that help the agents in this office be more productive. The real estate agents in the Newton office count on her for their direct marketing as well as their online marketing initiatives. This UMass graduate has a background in marketing and administration.
