At RE/MAX Leading Edge – We Think Differently
We are bringing a new vision to real estate. The old model that is based on serving the broker and the agent is broken. Our new model is built on protecting the consumer and helping our Buyers and Sellers build value when they buy and sell. We do that by fundamentally changing the Contract to Purchase to protect our Sellers, a bold move no other firm has taken because it benefits the client, not the agency.
Our protocol for Buyers is, without question, unique in this business, as we show Buyers the traps they fall into when purchasing a home without their eyes wide open. We are shedding light on the true consequences of the traditional transaction. Transparency allows Buyers and Sellers to make better informed decisions about marketing, exposure and in their negotiations.
Our agents wisely interpret data, dispense excellent strategies and tactics to maximize our clients position, and, more importantly, explain the risk of implementing or not implementing our strategies. Buyers and Sellers want expert information and advice and never want to feel like their investment is benefiting the agent or the company more than themselves.
What makes a fantastic agent “fit” at RE/MAX Leading Edge?
There is a contagious enthusiasm amongst our agents to be part of this movement in real estate. We know that our culture, coaching, office environment and leadership arms our agents to outsmart the competition, attract more Buyers and Sellers and become more profitable. RLE boasts the highest per agent transaction of the top 10 firms in the state. Our company wants to attract the good souls – those open to new ideas and innovative and forward-thinking coaching. Those who pine for the past and the way “business used to be” need not apply. Everything we do is redefining real estate. Our Smart, progressive and protective strategies help our clients achieve the best value and results. We pledge to provide un-compromised, ethical service focusing on our clients’ goals. Our mantra is “Everything Matters” with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
