Steve has spent his entire career, over 30 years, in real estate. Grace started with the company as an office director and she earned the respect of our associates as an efficient problem solver. Grace overseas the entire finance and administration staff, as well as handles all day to day operations for the 12 offices.
Director of Business Operations
Alison manages both a real estate team and is part of the Business Operations Team at RE/MAX Leading Edge. Alison has worked for the company since 1999 in various capacities, which means she has an understanding of most aspects of the business. Her focus on the Business Operations team is assisting agents and team members with nuanced real estate concerns and questions, as well as technology, training, forms, and our RLE programming and presentations. Alison graduated cum laude from Boston University as a Medeiros Scholar. Additionally, agents can contact Alison on nuanced real estate questions, because she has been problem solving in the industry since 2003 and is one of the top agents in the company.
Director of Productivity
A twelve year veteran of real estate sales, Bill Butler not only brings his vast real estate background to RE/MAX Leading Edge agents but also shares his experiences and successes as a member of the Mike Ferry and Tom Ferry coaching programs. Whether it’s marketing strategy, business planning or sales skills mastery, Bill brings efficiency, critical timeliness and even levity to what often is most challenging for today’s agent. He leads weekly mastermind sessions throughout the RLE locations and frequently speaks at local and regional events.
Director of Agent Services & Internal Marketing
Mary oversees all the agent services the company offers to its associates. She directs the virtual assistant program which many agents depend upon to manage their personal marketing plans. Additionally, Mary manages the company training program which includes the Brian Buffini Peak Performance Program, the Best Practices Series, our Brown Bag and Tech Series as well as other various workshops throughout the year.
Director Public Relations & Events
Mary Ann’s brought skills honed as a sales agent, a national trainer and business consultant to her position at RE/MAX Leading Edge. Her experience with two national real estate networks has given her a comprehensive understanding of the rapid changes within the real estate industry today. With over 35 years experience and several professional designations and production awards, she plans events that help keep the professional sales team current. Networking events are also facilitated by Mary Ann and she directs agent and company PR initiatives both in print and online.
Director of Business Development and Community Relations
Susan brought skills honed as a Director of Account Management and Development Consult to her position at RLE. Susan started with the company as a part time office director. Due to her open and friendly personality, she was promoted to create and oversee the networking and community company events. She contributes greatly to the overall business development and growth of the company.
The Finance Team
Andi manages all aspects of the finance transactions for the company. Having started with the company in 2009, she originally worked on the team as the Winchester Office Director. Her duties now include all aspects of transaction management for our agents. Our professionals count on her expedient management and thoroughness in this department and are never disappointed.
Jennifer is the transaction director in our Melrose office. She has been with the company over a year now. Jennifer graduated from Merrimack college with a bachelors degree in business management. Jennifer’s business background provides her with the skills and knowledge that make her a perfect fit to manage all aspects of our agent’s transactions.
Maureen is our transaction coordinator she manages all aspects of the transactions for the company. She started with the company in Feb 2014 and has been a welcome addition to the team. Our agents count on her for assistance in completing their transactions with efficiency and professionalism.
Lorraine works in the Finance Department at RE/MAX Leading Edge. She reviews agents’ transactions on a daily basis keeping agents on track and compliant during the entire process. Lorraine brings excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and a love of people to her current position. Lorraine grew up in Medford and attended Northeastern University. She resides in Melrose with her husband and two daughters.

Amanda’s graphic arts background makes her an essential part of the associates’ marketing plans. Amanda has a creative and innovative approach to marketing, and is the Arlington office Director. Arielle oversees the operations of the Back Bay office and manages social media for the company. With degrees in Communication and Studio Arts from Boston College, she integrates these disciplines to bring a unique digital presence to clients. She is well known in Boston for organizing and participating in charitable events and organizations with social impact. Her engaging personality creates a vibrant atmosphere in Back Bay for both agents and visitors.
Lynnfield, North Reading, Reading & Wakefield Office Director
Lynette has been with our company since 2003 and wears many hats. In addition to being a sales agent with our company, Lynette is the office Director for our Reading, North Reading, Wakefield and Lynnfield offices. A Bentley graduate with a degree in Computer Information Systems, and former software Quality Assurance engineer and manager, Lynette brings strong process and organization skills to assist our agents in being productive in their day to day business operations.

Melrose Office Director
Makala Brown is the director for the Melrose office. Besides helping all agent marketing requests and maintaining the office, she is also in charge of video production. She graduated Salem State University with a education and sociology degree. Currently, Makala is getting her MBA in Marketing.
Social Media & Digital Coordinator
Newton & Watertown Office Director
Catherine is the director of the Newton office and the social media coordinator for RE/MAX Leading Edge. She maintains the company’s digital presence while providing social media support and training for agents. Catherine also possess graphic design skills essential to creating realtor’s marketing materials. She is detail oriented, great with technology, and a critical problem solver. She graduated from Boston University, College of Communication with a bachelor’s degree in advertising.
Winchester Office Director
Amanda Tyson was recently hired as the office director for our Winchester location. Amanda is a Maine native, graduating from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Science. Amanda’s organizational expertise maximizes the agents efficiency as she supplies administrative services and management of the Winchester office. Amanda’s creativity and digital media skills have increased project aesthetics as she continues to escalate media impressions for the office. Her outgoing nature provides a cheerful office atmosphere.
